This brief course centered around a master visualization of Mercer's Benefits Workstation and explained the dense topic of how the Relational Database was populated. By segmenting the diagram into functional components on each subsequent page, the accompanying text descriptions could be targeted to specific operations allowing the student to assemble its overall functionality in their "mind's eye".
Comparing TUFTS HEALTH PLAN products had been a difficult task since the information for each resided in disparate PDFs, Word documents, and PowerPoint slides. With additional interactivity used to access detailed information and an audio player to give product updates, a customer (or call center associate) could quickly find any product information.
Explaining the self-healing functionality of Crossbeam's X-80 chassis to potential customers required more than text and diagrams. By combining animated representations of data flows over the actual chassis, customers could see the interaction of the blades and data and appreciate its unique functionality without having to read text-heavy white papers.
